ECSPP holds two Plenary Meetings each year for members. At these meetings topics of common interest are discussed, the strategy of the association, and activities that the members might wish to become involved in through the vehicle of ECSPP. An annual AGM will be held during one of the Plenary Meetings.
The Executive Committee meets four times a year to discuss the strategy, strategy implementation and management of ECSPP.

Events in Europe
No events have been held in 2005 and 2006 as the focus has been on establishing ECSPP, growing membership and developing strategic alliances to optimise the value delivered to our members. However ECSPP is in discussion with its strategic partners with a view to collaborative events in future.
Overseas activities
It is anticipated that in the mid-term ECSPP will become active internationally, attending events such as Informex, NPRA, APLA, APIC etc. with an ECSPP stand.
