Core Sectors / Industries 

More than 5,000 chemicals are manufactured at the CHEMPARK Leverkusen. The main areas of production are nitration and chlorination products, aromatics, fine chemicals and silicon chemicals.

At the Dormagen site, the main areas of production are crop protection agents and polymers, plastics, rubber, isocyanates and organic intermediates. The site also houses an important research and development center for polyurethanes.

The Krefeld-Uerdingen site houses the largest polycarbonate site in Western Europe and is also the world`s largest production site for inorganic pigments.
